The Department came into existence in the year 2004 with the start of Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A) . At present two batches of B.C.A are running with third batch going to be admitted this July.

In the year 2007 the first batch of P.G.D.C.A was started under Dibrugarh University.

The Computer Lab is one of the modern Labs having 25 Computers at present with Internet Facilities in it.

Different Subjects Taken by Lecturers are as Follows:-

Mr. Mrinal Dutta (MIT) 

:- C- Programming, Data Structure , Internet Programming , Web- Based Application, D.B.M.S , NETWORKING

Miss Karabi Saikia(M Sc):-

  Discrete Structure, Numerical Analysis, Opreational Reaearch, Mathematical Logic, ALGEBRAIC STRUCTURE

:- Programing Paradigm, C/C++, Computer Architecture, Theory of Computation .

Mrs Hiranmaye Gogoi (MCA)

:-Data Structure, C , Sql, Fundamental of Computers, Web Applications.
